Terms and Conditions
General Policy Statement
Premier Africa Adventures Limited offers safaris, day trips, beach holidays, mountain climbing expeditions, and private tour packages throughout Tanzania. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth here. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. These terms may be updated periodically, but the conditions at the time of your booking will remain in effect for your trip. Note that the services, medical facilities, safety, and security in Africa may differ from those in more developed regions. Local laws and regulations apply to all services provided during your vacation.
Amendments
All safari itineraries are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Should your chosen accommodation be unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative in the same or higher price range. Surcharges may apply. If no acceptable alternative is found, you are entitled to a full refund. We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons (mid-June to mid-October, and November to December), to avoid disappointment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Premier Africa Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries, transportation, accommodation, or services. All changes will be communicated as soon as practicable.
Booking Confirmation
Once your personalized safari proposal is approved, we will send you an official booking form. You must complete and return the form via email. Valid travel insurance is highly recommended at the time of booking. Upon receiving the completed booking form, we will proceed with reservations for accommodations, excursions, and, if applicable, domestic flights. Once all services have been confirmed, we will issue an invoice, which serves as your booking confirmation.
Terms of Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required within 14 days of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance is due 56 days (eight weeks) before your arrival. For bookings made within 56 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. Payment can be made in U.S. Dollars or Euros. If exchange rates fluctuate by 5% or more before payment is made, the final payment will be adjusted accordingly. Should payment deadlines be missed, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total invoice amount.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are applied based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice. No refunds are given for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Surcharges
Premier Africa Adventures reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to changes in transportation costs (e.g., fuel prices), taxes, landing fees, or other government-imposed costs. Prices will not be altered within 30 days of departure. Should the surcharge exceed 10% of your total holiday price, you may choose to cancel your trip and receive a full refund, minus any amendment charges. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the surcharge invoice.
Accommodation
Accommodations included in your booking are reserved exclusively for the individuals listed on the booking form. Subletting is not allowed. Guests are required to vacate their accommodation by 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Guests must use and maintain the accommodation respectfully, ensuring no property damage occurs. Clients are liable for any lost, damaged, or broken items, including missing keys.
Transportation
Premier Africa Adventures makes every effort to ensure that safari vehicles are roadworthy. However, no liability is accepted for breakdowns, delays, or damage resulting from poor road conditions. Only authorized guides are permitted to drive company vehicles, and their decisions on all matters, including route selection, are final.
Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory for all clients traveling with Premier Africa Adventures. This insurance should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and all activities mentioned in your itinerary. Ensure that your coverage is in place before booking, as we are not responsible for international flights or related travel services.
Wildlife Viewing
While we strive to provide excellent wildlife viewing experiences, sightings cannot be guaranteed due to factors like seasonality and animal movements. All guests must follow safety guidelines and maintain a respectful distance from wildlife. Instructions provided by guides or park rangers must be strictly adhered to.
Special Requests
Special requests should be made at the time of booking or in writing. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, though no guarantees can be made. Some requests may incur additional charges, and amendments made after booking may be subject to fees.
Unforeseen Events
Premier Africa Adventures will not be held liable for any disruptions to services caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, weather conditions, or government actions. Should such events occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. Refunds may be issued where applicable, though we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred as a result of the force majeure.
Aircraft Seating
The company has no control over seat configurations or legroom on local airline flights. Aircraft types may vary, and while we aim to provide comfort, no specific seat arrangement can be guaranteed. Seat pitches are standard and meet current civil aviation authority guidelines.
Complaints
Any complaints should be reported immediately to your guide or our head office, using the contact details provided. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly. If the matter is unresolved, a formal written complaint must be submitted within 7 days of the tour’s conclusion. Complaints made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Liability
Premier Africa Adventures is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, or death. Travel insurance covering all potential risks is mandatory. Guests are advised to undergo a medical check-up prior to traveling to ensure fitness for the activities listed in their itinerary.
Tanzania Tourist Visa
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain a Tanzanian Tourist Visa before traveling. We recommend applying online through the Tanzania Immigration website or through the nearest Tanzanian embassy.
Rights of Website Users
Premier Africa Adventures grants users the right to view, download, and print content from our website for personal, educational, or non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is prohibited. We take all necessary precautions to protect user data and ensure privacy.
